PentixaPharm's operations are divided into the clinical development and chemical manufacturing of PentixaFor and PentixaTher, an innovative pair of theranostics that specifically target the CXCR4 receptor found in most rapidly progressing diseases, including hematologic and solid cancers and cardiovascular malignancies. PentixaPharm employs 20 people at its sites in Berlin and Würzburg.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Support in the quality-assured and timely planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of international, multicenter studies of phase I to III in the US
  • Assisting in the preparation of development plans, study protocols, study-related supporting documents as well as regulatory documents (CTAs, orphan drug applications, briefing book documents)
  • Helping with the preparation and maintenance of the trial master file(s)
  • Support of Clinical Project Managers with any study activities
  • Updating the Investigator's Brochure(s) as well as the study reports and final reports
  • Track records of study documents
  • Contribution to the overall tasks of the Clinical Research Department
  • Performance of other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Preparation of presentations, also outside of study topics
  • Presentation of the company at scientific congresses
  • Preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings
  • Internal and external communication and reporting of project progres

Your profil:

  • Master or Ph.D. in the medical or natural sciences
  • Fluent English and German (oral and written)
  • Initial industry experience in the field of clinical studies is desirable
  • Proactive, reliable and goal-oriented way of working
  • Team player with good negotiating skills
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Confident handling of MS-Office
  • High willingness to travel and flexibility
