PentixaPharm GmbH is part of the Eckert & Ziegler Group, one of the world's largest manufacturers of radioactive components for medical, scientific and metrological purposes. The group focuses on applications in cancer therapy, industrial radiometry and nuclear medicine diagnostics.

PentixaPharm's operations are divided into the clinical development and chemical manufacturing of PentixaFor and PentixaTher, an innovative pair of theranostics that specifically target the CXCR4 receptor found in most rapidly progressing diseases, including hematologic and solid cancers and cardiovascular malignancies. PentixaPharm employs 20 people at its sites in Berlin and Würzburg.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

• Implementing the medical/scientific strategy for our theranostic
  development candidates PentixaFor and PentixaTher.
• Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer of Eckert und Ziegler
  AG/Managing Director PentixaPharm.
• Design clinical development strategies as (Co-)Leader of our Clinical
  Development Teams.
• Content responsibility for all medical-scientific activities of our clinical
  development program.
• Ensure effective implementation of clinical studies.
• Technical leadership as well as motivation and development of the CRMs
  in the clinical team.
• Ensuring optimal synergies within PentixaPharm as well as with our
  external collaboration partners.
• Responsibility of medical-scientific communication & information.
• Responsibility for overseeing daily operations of our clinical development.

Your profil:

• Completed studies in human medicine
• Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in a life
  science environment
• Extensive oncology knowledge required, preferably in hemato-oncology or
  nuclear medicine
• Good knowledge of the nuclear medicine market and scientific
  environment desirable
• Very good knowledge in handling scientific studies including relevant
  national regulations
• Proactive, reliable and goal-oriented way of working
• Team player with good negotiating skills
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confident handling of MS-Office
• High willingness to travel and flexibility
